Digital Goods & Refunds
Shop purchases are digital download files. After payment you can download immediately on the success page and again from your account for 30 days. The same commercial-use rules as our Commercial Use License apply: you may make and sell physical prints; you may not resell or redistribute the digital files.
Downloads
- Downloads are available immediately after successful payment on the order success page.
- Re-download from Account → Purchases for 30 days after purchase.
- After 30 days the download link expires; contact support if you need help with a valid purchase.
License
- You receive a non-exclusive license to download and use the purchased files to make physical products.
- Commercial use for physical products you make and sell is included (same spirit as our Commercial Use License).
- You may not sell, share, redistribute, or upload the digital files themselves as downloadable products.
- You are responsible for rights to any personalization or artwork you add after download.

Refunds
- Digital goods are generally non-refundable once the download has been made available, because the files can be copied immediately.
- If a file is defective, corrupt, or cannot be opened through no fault of your own, contact us within 5 days of purchase and we will replace the file or refund you.
- Refunds for other reasons are handled case-by-case via Stripe. Email support with your order email and purchase date.
- Tax collected at checkout (for example Canadian GST/HST via Stripe Tax) is included in any approved refund where Stripe returns that tax.
