FAQ
Does EverFree ship physical products?
No. EverFree 3D is a digital design platform. You customize product templates in the browser and export production files for your own 3D printer. We do not print, pack, or ship physical items.
What do I receive when I export?
A digital export package for that design version — usually a ZIP with part STLs and a coloured 3MF when the template supports it. Formats vary by template. Use the files with your own 3D printer and workflow. Nothing physical is shipped.
Can I test an export before using a credit?
Yes. Download our free sample / example files (no account or credit required), open them in your slicer, and evaluate EverFree’s production file structure. The sample is for personal testing only — it is not a free product, does not unlock your designs, and does not use free-trial credits. When you’re ready, customize a template and use a credit for your own production export.
When does an export use a credit?
Designing, editing, and previewing are always free. The first production export of a new design in a project uses 1 credit for the whole file bundle (STL/3MF/ZIP — not per file; SVG Creator downloads use 1 credit for the SVG package). Re-exporting that same project—including size changes—and re-downloading do not use additional credits. If you change the artwork, text, or other production-defining settings, the next export is treated as a new design and uses 1 credit.

What does one credit unlock?
One completed production export of a new version — the whole ZIP bundle (part STLs, coloured 3MF and other production files for that product). Re-downloads of that same unlocked version are free.
Do unused credits roll over?
Unused subscription credits roll over for one additional billing cycle, up to your plan's rollover limit (Creator 20, Pro 50). Older unused subscription credits then expire automatically. Purchased credit-pack credits do not expire. Annual plans are billed yearly; subscription credits are still added monthly with the same rollover rules.
How is my subscription billed?
Subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing period shown at checkout. Your current subscription, renewal date, and billing details are available from your account. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
